Modular conveyor platform · CE · ISO 9001

A conveyor system manufacturer for every automation line

Eight engineered modules — pallets, roller, belt, timing belt, flexible chain, transfer and vertical lift — built on shared frames, shared drives and one ordering code. Designed for integrators who assemble lines, not for catalogues that ship boxes.

Modular conveyor platform for automation integrators in 81 countries

Company culture

The culture behind the modules

From an eight-engineer workshop to a factory shipping to 81 countries, one habit has not changed: publish real numbers, build what you promised and stand behind it.

Mission — engineering within reach

Make world-class conveyor engineering accessible to every integrator, not only to the biggest brands — published selection sheets, honest numbers and one ordering logic make it possible.

Vision — the platform integrators trust

Be the modular platform a line builder specifies when the line has to run on the first layout pass — from Kunshan to 81 countries.

Values — engineers lead, words are kept

Every enquiry is answered by a project engineer, every line runs 8 hours before it ships, and every promise is written into the drawings.

Why modular

Modularity you can invoice against

Modular is not a marketing word here — it is how the modules, drawings, spares and lead times are built.

Plug-and-play modules

Every straight, curve, transfer and lift module bolts to the same frame system with matching interfaces — layout changes stop being re-engineering projects.

One spare-parts kit

Rollers, chains, belts, motors and sensors are shared across families — integrators stock one kit instead of eight.

72-hour engineering quote

Published selection sheets with real dimensions let our engineers quote your layout from a sketch in three working days.

Export-ready compliance

CE design practice, ISO 9001 quality system and COO documents for tariff reduction — machines arrive ready to install.

3D Configurator

Size a module yourself, before you email us

Set length, width, height and speed, watch the geometry update in 3D and leave with the BIFA ordering code for that configuration.

  • Eight modules, published ranges only
  • An order code you can put straight into a PO
  • Confirmed by a project engineer within 72 h

For automation integrators

Your line builder behind the scenes

White-label conveyors, drawings in your title block, and engineers who talk PLC, not brochures. BIFA builds the conveying scope so you can win the machine.

How we work

From sketch to running line in four steps

01

Send the load case

Product size & weight, speed or tact time, layout sketch or drawing — a mail is enough.

02

Get an engineer, not a salesman

A project engineer in your industry answers with a selection proposal and budgetary price within 72 hours.

03

Approve drawings & order

GA drawings, electrical schematics and the modular BOM for your approval before production starts.

04

Test, pack, install

8-hour run test with your product class, export packing, and remote or on-site commissioning support.

FAQ

Questions integrators ask first

Do you sell single modules or only whole lines?

Single modules. Most integrator customers order conveyor modules to build into their own lines — one module is a valid order.

What do you need to quote accurately?

Product size and weight, speed or tact time, conveying height and a layout sketch. With that, the engineer's answer in 72 hours includes a selection and budgetary price.

Can you build to our standard and brand?

Yes — white-label nameplates, your drawing title block, your part numbering and your controls standard are all part of the integrator program.

Which certifications and documents come with the machines?

CE design practice, ISO 9001 quality system, and COO documents for tariff reduction in markets such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia.
