Work on stopped pallets
Double-speed chain walks pallets forward at 2.5–3× chain speed and holds them still at the operator position while the drive keeps running.

Assembly-line pallet flow with accumulation and precision stops

The BFP pallet platform moves workpiece carriers through manual, automated and test stations without losing position. Double-speed chain lets operators work on a stopped pallet while the chain keeps running; accumulating sections buffer WIP between stations. Indexing stops, lift-locate units and code-reading gates are pre-engineered as bolt-on modules.

Accumulating zones are pressure-free: pallets queue mechanically, so a line stop downstream does not cascade upstream.
Lift-locate units raise and pin the pallet to ±0.1 mm for screwdriving, pressing, test or vision steps.
Straight, curve, lift, turntable and cross-transfer modules share one frame system and one spare-parts kit.
Every module ships with a unique ordering code — the same grammar across all eight families.
