BF3Z doubles the load class of BF3Q while keeping the same triple-speed accumulating behaviour: pallets stop at stations, the chain keeps running. With a 3,000 kg line capacity, 20 m maximum length and up to 20 support legs, it is the backbone for battery-pack and automotive assembly loops.

Accumulation on the line
Workpiece pallets can be temporarily stored on the conveyor, ideal for assembly and testing operations along the assembly line.
High-strength aluminium profile
Standard slots on both side surfaces make it easy to assemble the line with other equipment or assemble other components (sensor, bracket, etc.).
Flexible cycle control
Used in conjunction with lifting and traversing units and elevators to achieve flexible automated cycle control.
Clean operating environment
Operating environment cleanliness Class 10,000 · ambient temperature -10 °C to +80 °C.
