BF3Q is the long-span member of the triple-speed family: light-to-moderate workpiece pallets ride a 3× accumulating chain that walks pallets forward while operators, testers and robots work on stopped units. Standard widths 320–1,800 mm, lengths to 18 m and heights to 2,000 mm — all fixed by the same ordering-code grammar used across the BIFA platform.

Accumulation on the line
Workpiece pallets can be temporarily stored on the conveyor, ideal for assembly and testing operations along the assembly line.
High-strength aluminium profile
Standard slots on both side surfaces make it easy to assemble the line with other equipment or assemble other components (sensor, bracket, etc.).
Flexible cycle control
Used in conjunction with lifting and traversing units and elevators to achieve flexible automated cycle control.
Clean operating environment
Operating environment cleanliness Class 10,000 · ambient temperature -10 °C to +80 °C.
