The joint between modules
Diverts, merges, 90° transfers and pass-through positions all use the same lift module family — one spare part covers the whole line.

Divert, locate and change direction inside the line

Lift-and-transfer units are the joints of a modular conveyor system. A paddle or roller deck rises between the conveyor rollers, takes the product off the main flow and passes it to a cross conveyor, a turntable or a stop-and-locate position. BIFA builds them as pre-wired, pre-plumbed modules matched to the surrounding line's frame and controls — not as bespoke one-offs.
Diverts, merges, 90° transfers and pass-through positions all use the same lift module family — one spare part covers the whole line.
Combined lift-locate pins raise and clamp the pallet for screwdriving, pressing, marking and test operations.
Divert decisions happen in the transfer deck, so upstream conveyor speed and downstream buffering stay untouched.
Valve manifold, sensors and connectors are fitted at the factory — plug into your I/O blocks and run.
Every module ships with a unique ordering code — the same grammar across all eight families.
