BFZY01 turns carton and tote flow through a true 90° powered corner. Cone-shaped roller sleeves converge on the curve centre, so goods track through the turn instead of skewing toward the outer rail. Chain-and-sprocket drive keeps every roller positive; clockwise (S) and counter-clockwise (N) rotation, four motor sizes and VFD speed control cover pick modules, merge points and packing stations.

Tapered rollers keep product oriented
Cone-shaped roller sleeves converge on the curve centre so cartons and totes track through the turn without skewing — radius follows R = D/K − C (D: small-end diameter, K: taper ratio, C: frame clearance).
Modular layout & easy line integration
Horizontal, inclined and curve roller lines link seamlessly; several roller lines plus other conveying equipment or dedicated machines form complex logistics systems for multi-stage processes.

Options
- Roller pitch T ≤ 1/3 of goods length — at least 3 rollers always support the load.
- Roller width W = B + ΔB (goods width + 50–150 mm clearance); for soft-bottom goods W ≥ 0.8 B.
- Galvanized CS / stainless SS rollers · optional 2 mm PVC sleeve on φ50 / φ60.
- Rated load rises to 1,000 kg/m with roller diameter ≥ φ76 mm.
- FC levelling foot or BC castor · frame KCS painted carbon steel / KSS 304 stainless.
