Curves built into the frame
U, L, Z and ring geometries change direction inside the module — no transfer plates, no extra motors, no dropped product.

One chain platform: straight, U, L, Z, 90° and ring layouts

The BFRXL platform carries product on low-friction modular top chain that turns corners, climbs inclines and returns underneath its own top surface. Standard geometry families — straight, U-type, L-type, Z-type and ring layouts with disc or horizontal bends — are pre-engineered with published radii, so layout drawings stay honest. One drive can power dozens of metres of chain including the curves.
U, L, Z and ring geometries change direction inside the module — no transfer plates, no extra motors, no dropped product.
Low-backpressure top chain with steel wearstrips keeps unstable containers upright at merge and bend points.
Food, personal care, pharma and electronics share the same platform — change the chain material and the wearstrips, not the design.
Fifteen published geometries from straight runs to head-tail ring loops — pick the drawing, confirm the length, done.
Every module ships with a unique ordering code — the same grammar across all eight families.
