Product stays in its lane
Independent lanes keep vials, syringes and cartridges separated without guides — perfect for feeding fill-finish and inspection machines.

Lane-per-product conveying with positive, slip-free drive

Where roller and flat belt conveyors let product wander, the BFT platform runs one timing belt per lane. Each lane is individually driven and tensioned, so products keep their lane and their relative position — ideal for feeding labellers, filling machines, vision systems and any station where product spacing is part of the process. Lane counts, pitches and stop positions are configured per project.
Independent lanes keep vials, syringes and cartridges separated without guides — perfect for feeding fill-finish and inspection machines.
Steel-cord timing belts move the product exactly when the drive tooth engages — repeatable for indexing and print-mark registration.
Optional independent drives let one machine run two product rates — e.g. fast feed plus slow inspection lane.
Low-particle PU belts, open frame drainage and optional stainless execution suit pharma and electronics environments.
Every module ships with a unique ordering code — the same grammar across all eight families.
