BFGT03 gives every roller positive chain traction: twin drive chains along the bent sheet-metal side frames handle loads up to 100 kg/m — twice the multi-wedge version — making it the standard choice for pallets, heavy totes and steel stillages. Roller diameters 50 / 60 / 76 mm, ten standard pitch values between 69.8 and 139.7 mm, and KCS carbon steel or KSS stainless frames cover most warehouse and assembly duties.

- Roller width W = B + ΔB (goods width + 50–150 mm clearance); for soft-bottom goods W ≥ 0.8 B.

- Rated load rises to 1,000 kg/m with roller diameter ≥ φ76 mm.
